This view is looking east, towards Canada. Back-lighting works well at this time of day. I tried working with a very basic, yellow-red-blue, palette on this one. It seemed challenging but I like the results. Oil Pastel on Paper. Painted in 2012. This is a simulation of what my 20″x16″ archival frame looks like. This is an overlay style frame with glass. Image size is about 10″x14″.
